We are incredibly excited to announce that over 500 postdocs and scholars – a majority of our bargaining unit – have signed on to our Initial Bargaining Goals ahead of our first bargaining session tomorrow, October 29th. These goals were developed based on bargaining surveys filled out by a majority of postdocs and scholars. Majority support on these bargaining goals builds on our election result and high survey participation to give us a strong mandate to bargain for needed improvements to our working conditions at Princeton.
We are very excited to present these goals at our first bargaining session tomorrow and begin negotiating for a strong first contract. You can still add your name and RSVP to observe the first session here – the more signatures we have, the stronger our position will be going into the first session!
