The NLRB just finished counting ballots and we voted by an overwhelming 84.5% (484-yes to 89-no), in favor of Princeton University Postdocs and Scholars-UAW (PUPS-UAW) as our union!
We will have more information soon regarding next steps in our campaign. For now, we want to thank everyone who participated in our historic election and in the months of discussion, debate, and outreach among postdocs that lead to this point.
Together, we have finally won the right to determine our role as postdocs and scholars, taking an unprecedented stand for the value of the work we do here at Princeton!
We will be celebrating our victory this evening from now onwards at Ivy Inn. We hope to see you there!
